DAY-OF COORDINATION

Designed for the couple that wishes to be hands-on throughout their wedding planning process and secure their own vendors (venue, catering, entertainment, etc.), day-of coordination includes my services beginning thirty days out to finalize any outstanding vendors, tie up loose ends, and finalize the day-of timeline, taking weight off the couple in the weeks before they say "I do!"

Services include unlimited support in the thirty days prior to your wedding date, and access to a shared drive for wedding-related folders and templates to help guide the couple throughout the planning process. 

I will choreograph and lead your rehearsal the evening before, and be present throughout your wedding day to oversee and execute vendor arrivals, set-up and breakdown, supervise vendors and vendor responsibilities, arrange simple 'do it yourself' items, provide full support to the couple, wedding party, family and guests, oversee and maintain flow throughout the day's timeline, distribute final vendor payments, and organize items at the end of the evening.
